Bottom line: There is no free or paid guaranteed system to make money.Anyone who thinks they’re going to get “all of the real estate secrets” in a free seminar, 3 day weekend retreat, etc. just has horrible expectations.

Our first deal went bonkers, bought for a great price 1 property (2 units), almost about to finish the rehab the property caught fire. which at first was horrible, but tx to having great insurance everything worked out great.
