@Henry Lazerow I'd budget mid to high 7s for 75% cash out on a 4plex for the foreseeable future (remainder of the year)  My answer is in regards to DSCR loans only. 

Another investor calculated my Class A Indy  property as having 8.5% return (owned almost 11 years).I'd even say my HYSA is outperforming my Class C properties, haven't owned those long, Class C#1 for a year, Class C#2 4 months.

I'd do a pool table, a shuffle board table, and a couple of arcade consoles.

I'd buckle down and apply every saved dollar to the lowest balance business credit card, then the next until all 3 are gone.

You will probably find there will be little cash leftover if you hire this out so I'd encourage you to try to manage it yourself to begin with then if it's not sustainable for you, try to find someone to take it on.
