Hey all, I just wanted to add that I just began using calltext.comI have to say, that I like the convenience factor of having CRM, individual e-mail, e-mail marketing, [scheduled] text blasts, individual texting, RVM, voice broadcast, and VOIP all in one place.

I also have in  my lease that if I have to come collect the rent it's a $25 convenience fee.
