The internet and yelp changed the food industry game, for better and worse.For the real estate world, what kind of impact(what kind of further impact) will Zillow and companies like Zillow have on the industry and do you see it as a positive and negative thing?

It might Not be the bottom, but trying to buy the bottom is fools game and we are definitely closer to the bottom than a top.  

Use it against them if they playing A game.

What about Clorox products, Hasbro games, and home office equipment?

Once you figure out the real estate tax game and how to protect yourself there, you will make a lot of money here.
