Real estate always goes up with time unless the area turns on you, for example SF.

If you push on the sheetrock/drywall and its solid, its surface stuff.... if its soft at all, then its more than surface and the drywall needs to come out and the real reason for the mold needs to be figured out.Based on pictures, its looks solid, but pictures can be deceiving.If its surface, its all about moisture and ventilation. 

I've spent the last year following the real estate market and learning more about it, finally feel ready to make the jump to invest (especially since the deals are coming out to light). 

Others are mailed in a #6 envelope with a hand written address and a real forever stamp. 

I have faith that there is success to be found in real estate through properly educating yourself, having perserverenece, and not being shy of some hard-work.
