I have also had clients who have gone a couple years looking to rent out space and our office building has been looking to rent out the same space for at least 5 years now. 

Then just a couple years later we sold the pub for very little.

I went to a couple of local workshops and decided that buying and flipping was too big of a place for me to begin (maybe in the future, I'm not ruling anything out).
