Realistic Rent Expectations: For those familiar with the Orlando area, especially near college campuses, what are realistic rent amounts I could charge for individual rooms?

As I understand it now, the winning bid pays the current taxes & interest due, and if the lien isn't redeemed by the owner in a year, any amount bid over the amount due rolls toward the future year taxes. 

Understanding taxes is a weak point of mine that I'm trying to fix.  

It also does not include any interest paid over the income amount yielded from investment.

For example, my wife and I could raise a large amount of money from our investors if we found a good apartment deal, but we would have trouble raising money from those same investors if we wanted to buy the office building next door.
