We are now negotiating.While most things about the property itself (mould, asbestos, death, etc) - short of a grow op or meth lab - can be addressed, we cannot as readily fix neighbourhoods.

It would seem wholesalers would focus on growing their network of qualified buyers.Being a commercial broker and an investor myself I have friends that although I do not focus on residential occasionally off market sellers contact me directly.I have go to people with cash that are friends I know would want these properties.
