As you suggest, there are many different ways to skin a cat.

Bob buys a new laptop from Best Buy for $1000  for school, ( a fair price) He gets home and uses it for a week but decides he's not cut out for school) , Bob decides he doesn't need the laptop any more.

Numbers look fine though if that's they actually check out and he has some skin in.Best,

Do good work at a fair ( not cheap) price and word of mouth will spread .

Those are just estimates, but I'd say they're fairly good.

I have a fair amount of out of town clients and they've been able to be successful because they have local "boots on the ground". 

My area seems to always have a few mobile homes for sale and they're fairly cheap.
