So here is a partial list of people who might be more inclined to listen to your offer of a cash discount, or some type of vendor financing:Financially Distressed HomeownersThese are people who may be facing financial hardships such as foreclosure or debt.

There's also potential for developing "shared living" units where 2 or more people could share space, etc.

Talk to a lender, learn about the local rent market, and ask a money expert for help.

Arborist expert to write up the trees are sick and danger of falling or hurting someone...

There are people in here who could have used a handful of that cash and turned it into a lot of money.

These are country people in their 70s.
