So you need to understand what your BUYERS want and what they plan to do with the property so you can properly market properties to them.I would highly suggest that you understand more about all areas.

I finally learned how to properly evict them and decided now I can put in good tenants that have been screened.What I found out is that good tenants don't want to rent there.

Verify that the property manager screened the tenants properly (if you care), and inspect the units/talk to the tenants yourself.

Or it could mean that maybe the scientists screwed up and forgot to send the robotic instruments that are liberal democrats so they would know how to properly skew the information they retrieved to perpetuate government funding into the biggest scientific SHAM of the 20th and 21st century.Notice how this is being put out by NPR.
