I want to stay caught up on important news so I can keep track of what's happening in the market, know if any important FED changes have been passed, any political changes or laws are passed, etc. but I am unsure if there is an efficient method investors use to stay caught up.

So, this is workable but is less efficient (and likely more expensive) than having everything within one firm.That said, if your non-RE business does not have a lot of industry tax specifics, it's quite possible to find a small firm or even a one-person firm qualified to handle you entire tax situation.

I'm newer to RE investing and I'm looking to get the forums opinion on Apartment buildings vs Small Multi-Family.I would say I have a larger amount of capital to start with than most beginners so I'm debating whether or not I should skip doing SFHs and SMF and go straight to Apartment buildings with 10+ units.The reason I'm leaning towards apartments is because if I wanted to deploy all of the capital I would need to acquire nearly 10 properties and I'm questioning if it would just be more efficient to source one really solid apartment deal instead of several MFHs.What are your thoughts?

It is very cheap to use, a simple interface, and very efficient to just take photos of the receipts from Home Depot or Lowe’s, etc.
