I am about to go from the initial research/education phase of my Rehabbing career into the take action phase but want to get some feedback from the experienced folks on here. 

Hi Amiris,Thanks for your comment.We launched like 2 weeks ago with a half A$$ed website and ZERO marketing and already recruited 7 agents.I have had VC's throwing money at me like crazy but we are looking at bootstrapping for now until we prove the concept and maybe raise money on our terms.Looking at including all of these things in our online platform:Live support, training and “How To” video’s, various marketing templates, a CRM database management software, a DIY social media account set up, a DIY personal website set up, create own Dotloop signature tool, online continual education courses and a full blown real estate library of videos, tips, webinars, courses, etc..I'm super excited about this mate and believe it to be the new revolution of real estate brokerages Thanks again

When you get more education you will gain in confidence.  

They can help you compile market data quickly, educate you on the market and also bird dog for investments that fit your criteria.

The tenant wants out, and you're willing to help with that, but not lose money because they changed their mind.

In between the speaker's there were short breaks and opportunities for the rest of the investors to mingle with each other and do some networking - in many cases this is were some of the real magic happens, as connections are formed and as we all know sometimes all it takes is one great connection to change everything.

I'll be going for my Real Estate Sales Associate exam just as soon as my background check is complete (working to get the occupation changed to reflect that).
