Visually it is kinda hard to see.But the vinly wood in the room does not look good, alot of it is raised and weird.

Financing is a big part of REI and it is a powerful tool, just like a chainsaw - used correctly it is an amazing tool and allws you to cut so much more wood than you ever could by hand; or you can cut off your leg - so be very careful.

One of the units has a leak in the ceiling and wood damage in the hallway.

Get a verbal estimate quote from a company to address the repairs and it's quite hefty (~$1200) because the holes are through wood paneling, not drywall.

I'm guessing it will be snapped up by some savvy investor from CA or AZ.Try posting it as a business opportunity, an investment opportunity, an -inlaw unit, we call them "Casitas" in this neck of the woods, classic car storage, garage band space and on and on.
