@Seth Crowder, there are some products out there that don’t require income verification.  

You are trying to use the wrong product if you mix a conventional lender with that entity structure.  

Then you could get a simple job that is enjoyable, low stress, keeps you productive and healthy, and pays another $2,000+ a month.

I have $50k-100k to invest and access to many lending products. 

@Bre Reichle you also have DSCR loan products to help you out which won't at all look at personal income, so DTI isn't even a factor considered.

. $910,000 - $624,500 = $285,500As I mentioned, the credit union I worked with offers a 100% LTV home equity loan product, and they paid me approximately $250 to close on the property (a nice perk I wasn’t expecting).

If anything, I believe this is more of an indication for you to really make sure that you are securing real estate that is within close proximity to these hospitals so you can make sure you can have a scarce product for consumers (e.g. medical professionals)Hope this helps and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything!

Hey there, most lenders are only offering competitive DSCR products for 1-4 unit properties. 5+ is difficult nowadays.
