If most old centers to newer centers are filled with one spot open and new centers are being built the area tends to be in growth mode.For rents that are 40 sq ft or less there are many quality suburban areas where rent hovers around 20 to 30 sq ft with median income levels above 100,000.

luckily, the company i work for is all over, and I can hopefully transfer to a more steady spot if the you know what hits the fan!

I also have a soft spot (pun intended) for BBQ turkey in any traditional BBQ style and for a good bowl of beef Pho. 

To get an idea search as if you wanted to go on vacation to the same spot on websites like VRBO and Homeaway as well.

I found an ideal spot East Village once but they wanted $35k upfront and they were only willing to give me 7 months lease.  

To me that Fredericksburg area is just the sweet spot between PW county and Spotsylvania or Caroline county.
