Who are the most successful residential single family developers in the Carolinas?

No real rebalancing plans other than I will probably consider selling the portfolio a little at a time when I hit 60 in a few years since I don't think the kids or grandkids are interested in running a real estate company. 

Does anyone know of a success story transferring a property to an LLC that is mortgaged through Chase?

Write it off, because collections are only successful about 30% of the time and that's usually against people with decent credit scores. 

Ask the lender and the local title company for recommendations on agents working with investors. 

I've met with a few brokers and most are hesitant to lease up small space and curious if others have been successful and what product they are using to source / find demand for mirco units.

However if these jeans had the logo of your company on it, it would count as a write off.Generally speaking, your being conservative if all your write offs you can tie back to a fair reason why you need them in your business.
