We are calculating the rebrand will be complete in 8-10 months and expect it to be the new standard in that area triggering more behind it, and go a long way to improving another sector in the community.

After researching and avoiding schemes like (and almost falling) for TLWB, I discovered BP, a straightforward community offering solid advice.

My market is one of the most expensive in the country and I wanted to ask the BP community any advice you have with investing in a market where prices tend to be on the higher side (Ex: most multifamilies are north of 700,000 -1.5 million).
