I have all the current owners expenses (tenants pay their own electric), so I know those are accurate.  

The plumping had been updated, as well as the electrical but the icing on the cake was a brand new central AC unit which had been put in a few years prior, which is really really hard to come by in my area of investment.The daughter who had power of atoney was there along with her husband, when I stopped by. 

B)I was hoping that they'd share some more figures such as to remove the garbage(which I think that they got the locals that chose to stay do much of the clean-out labor) and the cost to get it in the gorgeous condition that its currently in.

The way I got started was by finding a single family home that looked a little rough but really just needed some cleaning (pressure washing, scrubbing, painting) but because of that I got a pretty good deal on it. 

Also, where is the electricity amount coming from?  

You (or someone who you are miraculously able to wholesale this to) would be responsible for cleaning up the title. 

The power company stated that in order to run electric to the home it would be $50k that's why no one purchase the property.

Advertising, cleaning and maint, insurance, legal, repairs, supplies, etc... 1) Because property #1 wasn't "on market" during the renovation, does everything apply to the basis? 

The home has electricity and plumbing in a 600 sq ft. unfinished attic which we intend to convert to more bedroom and bathroom areas.  

I've been in their apartments and they're clean.
