When I was researching the schools in the area, it produced by far the most exam takers (700+) in the first quarter of this year, with nearly a 90% pass rate.I'm not sure about a drive to Bellevue, but I also don't know how feasible working online would be with a full-time job and three young children in the house.

By way of example, I am seeing more and more people who might fit the financial profile of a home owner renting for longer due to delayed life events such as marriage or having children, or due to the financial burden of student loan debt but don't view themselves as renters and as a result prefer to be in a home as opposed to an apartment.
