As a side note, I have a "property inspection kit" that I keep in my car at all times, it has a flashlight, tape measure, electrical outlet tester, screwdriver and multi-tool.

We have two small children and would love to move to gain more space (it's a very vertical home - no playroom and only a 1 car garage.

And yet, people don't stop riding in cars, planes, trains.

I think it's due to the familiarity of people with damage waivers on car rentals, for example, same concept. 

Ft. with 1 car garage, Roof was replaced last year, electric panel was replaced, water heater relatively new.

I want to understand it better than I do right now, but apparently on top of possibly decentralizing banks, it could play a roll in driverless cars.

If you want to buy a car, they will probably want 50% down and try one of the lots on Aurora in North Seattle.

I have no time for that anyway lol).During a real estate transaction,a distinction must be made between a real property(consisting of the land,the appurtenant rights and the "fixtures" such as trees,site-built homes and the likes,etc...)and personal property(the seller's car,couch,chandeliers and the likes,etc...)

If you are in a high tech community like Mtn View, CA the tenants do not mind Cat-6, wanting electric car chargers and will pay a premium.
