You figure anyone that can buy it will just be filthy rich and buy anything they want (No way they will be getting a $500K mortgage on a place worth less than $70K).Next option woudl be getting in touch with the agents that sold it and tell them that you have your places and you want to list yours and they can get in touch with anyone else that showed interest.You obviously keep it tenanted until you have the place sold since you can't really lose then.
