You may be able to do the application through something like leadpages, but I imagine there are more fully integrated plug ins available specific to what you might be looking for.  

It's more like preferences that we can make decisions with.Example:  You have a potential tenant that hits all the financial and background checks, but they come in and you get the gut feeling they are going to be a huge pain in the butt to deal with. 

Highly successful people tend to work their butts off and become the best at what they do.

Get plugged in, learn alot, and then APPLY the knowledge and the skills you develop.

Also, did you have to add any outside plug-in or anything?

Which leads me to point 3.If you are investing out of state, and don't have excellent support,  cart your butt there and meet them.

Basic charging equipment is fairly inexpensive these days,   the biggest risk is vandalism of the plug and cord,  if the charging stations are someplace visible to the public.    

I have been kicking myself in the butt for not buying a multi-family back in 2011 when I bought my SFR.

The inspections, etc can be a pain in the butt.
