I am planning on marketing to this neighborhood but wondering if investors buy these type of homes?

What types of systems to handle high volumes of leads?

Probably roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of all our closings turn up title issues of one type or another. 

I am mostly interested in BRRR but am find with Fix and Flip type of deals as well.
