In my opinion nothing is hard once you keep doing it(Except for plumbing, that’s always a pain in the *** and knees)and many landlords make it sound easy but getting started is tedious.

And some markets, like mine in Memphis, you cna't rate an area, you have to rate them block by block, street by street.

STR occupancy will vary by market, and even from two buildings a block apart.

Anonymity is near impossible, so the best hope is putting up small road blocks to make it harder for someone to find you. 

It's a little bit of a pain but you could pull the dryer out, disconnect the vent tube and run a vacuum hose through it.

Moving is a pain in the *** and there are associated costs with it.

Initially I thought it was the perfect house hack, given I currently pay $2300/month for a 1bed/1bath a few blocks away albeit in a brand new building.
