The system works very well, and yes changing out a cylinder is a lot faster than writing this post. 10 seconds with my hands full of other stuff (as usual).The basic locks are nothing more than builder quality - but they work fine and i wouldn't trade it for anything.Ed

We are also seeing recently that they are only providing a very basic title policy that does not protect against any liens or fines that may be assessed against the property and not discovered in a basic title search.

Basically this has been the SS from hell.I dont want to bore you.But what my delimma is now is paying the 2nd note balance outside of escrow.The first lender will only allow 2500 to go to the second.

The basic idea of a lease option is pretty basic but the details are what will make the experience good or bad.The way that I do lease options and the most successful way I have experienced is to lock in the sales price, give a 3 year lease, and require the tenant to make all repairs.The other thing you are talking about is purchasing the home "Subject To" which simply means subject to the existing financing.
