To the contrary, while flipping properties was an industry norm for many years, your father and I insisted that EquityBuild did not do transactions the old fashion way and we assisted them with creating procedures to assure that all their transactions were above boards and handled appropriately - your father created the procedures they used, so I did not understand why he suddenly thought they were wrong or unethical.

James : Thanks that does make sense . as stated my biggest concern is Taking possession of the Deed Now So IF I am no longer in the picture or should she end up in some kind of financial situation then the Deed is accessable to my Heirs or Trusts .Visited with my attorney yesterday he did in fact mention a type of exit trust .
