Does anyone have any reccomendations on how to learn this process either people or materials I can research?

Ordered my course material and already dove into it.

Also willing to flip as an alternative exit strategy.

Material misrepresentations or omissions on the Application will constitute a default under the Lease or Rental Agreement between the parties.

With the recent (and likely worsening) stock market volatility, lots of investors will be looking for alternatives. 

I paid for all materials and labor as I went, and did not use any loans.

Any tips on materials that are nice and less expensive?

So my guess is this won't work, but just curious if anyone out there has tried anything like this to learn a little about repair costs, materials, what goes on behind the scenes with contractors, how to fix things etc...
