Just listened to Show 165, in which Brandon mentioned BP having a report / tool / spreadsheet that aggregates your properties into a dashboard to see your cash flow, net worth, etc.

So while it is good to know there are legit PMs who can manage a property you buy, you may have to be just a smidge further along with what properties and areas you are focusing on.Maybe you are and just didn't mention it, but just my two cents.

Hunter, I believe FHA to be popular on BP due to the low down payment as you mentioned and the ability to use it on a house hack.  

One thing I forgot to mention. 

If Real Estate is your passion consider getting a major when the time comes that will help you with your passion..A lot of novice mention they want to partner up, remember this when the time comes..Why would someone want to partner up with you?
