Again I stress to you I can overlook those thing but I would think that although in good shape(the units) I would feel as soon as (one) moved in that this is just a temporary location for me due to whatever hardship one is going through.

I once nearly panicked when I saw what a handyman had done replacing a big, beefy load bearing beam on my parent's house ... my parents said don't panic, he knows what he is doing and put up a temporary wall ...

It had a huge lake filled with Corvina, fishing boats, ski boats, shore lined marinas, restaurants, hotels, et. all.

I bought a multi family home in the north shore Massachusetts while still in college at 21 yrs old (I am now 26) and now live in a single Family in the Southern NH area.
