Has anyone used the Real Estate Tracking Software from www.realestatetools.com?

From the sounds of it, I am guessing you are tracking your income and expenses in Excel and not an accounting software.... 

When discussing master planned developments its important to keep in ming every service and societal benefit we all normally take for granted, streets, lights, gas, water, toilets, rain runoff, etc., must be 'built' into the master planned development.

Direct and to the point software program.

My role was business development with a focus of selling data management software to the government which was a painfully slow process.

Tons of rain had 2 inches of clear, non smelling water in the basement, which also happens to have the kitchen, bath, laundry (like i said, small).

We had tons of rain after the foundation fix.it has been dry now for about 10 days, but still seems to be shifting.
