Lastly, it's super landlord friendly and the price point for finding positive cash flow is still very low (you can still find tons of great deals for $120-180k purchase price).On the other hand, other Ohio markets like Cleveland and Cincy are dying if you look at their population and job growth.

It's harder to program, the app is less user friendly, I find it glitchy and it drains the batteries much faster than the Kwikset.

4 units are great because they give you the option to rent some units out while you're working on fixing the other ones up and there is a lot of rental demand in Cleveland and surrounding neighborhoods right now, so it's a great time to get in the market!
