Once they do get a job, you can just extend the lease to a year or two year, or whatever duration you want. 3 months is good enough to find a job if you have desire to find it.

We did have to extend the original contract by 11 days, which in the big picture, wasn’t a big deal to the agent or seller.

Unless you have a way of investing those funds and the returns would justify the cost of setting up and maintaining the self-directed IRA.Yes, you could partner with someone else on the investment, but remember that as 'Disqualified Person' are you not allowed to enter into any transaction with your IRA or receive any benefits from it or provide any services, extending credit to or selling/exhaling property.

In the case of a partnership or corporation, this exclusion shall not extend to more than five of its partners or officers, respectively, nor to other partnership or corporation personnel or employees.While the PA legislature enacted the above law before LLCs became a recognized entity, we can reasonably assume that the above law applies to LLCs as well.

Another lawyer to fix a problem with this landlord isn't going to get you anywhere,, the only other option is to pay your rent to the court it is put in escrow, send owner notice to fix the problem, take photo's and call city for inspection of area of home that's not inhabitable, so basically the landlord can't kick you out as long as your rent is paid on time to court, he can get the rent once the problem is corrected from the court but then he and you still have to deal with living together yet apart and he's not going to extend an olive branch if he can cut the tree down and give you proper notice to vacate..MOVE now when you know what's up and good riddance to the problems
