I am in charlotte nc and the only homes you would find at those prices are mobile homes except for the occasional condos which have high hoa that no investor wants/. i want to get four home - two to flip in the price range of 50k-80k and two to hold in a rental portfolio in the range of under 30k.

Occasionally, there are people who are more difficult to deal with, but if that's the rule rather than the exception, it's likely you are doing something wrong as the landlord. 

I don't own a Kuereg, but I think they're nice for the occasional drinker or in an office setting so, might be good for STR - coffee is decent.

You can still find the occasional good deal.

It's got better build quality, and the UI is a lot cleaner- I think the operating system is a lot less bloated than windows 10 and allows the computer to perform better than it's peers with similar processors & memory. 

I am 45 years old so already considered a senior runner for age...lol  You do see a huge difference in your body from your 20's and 30's to your 40's.20's to 30's I noticed a slight difference occasionally but negligible.

They have both been invaluable to me in different ways, which I think about in context of the E-Myth's paradigm of working "In" your business vs. working "On" your business.The REI mentor started out as an informal/unpaid relationship where I would occasionally ask him a few questions (I tried to be respectful of his time and not overwhelm him).  

Also nothing wrong with having nice things, I will occasionally splurge.

I do charity only when I occasionally hit a very large tax break, otherwise you are helping before helping youself.
