Commercial rents seem to vary wildly locale to locale  I'd say like $1 - $20 per SQUARE FOOT so ur rent could be anywheres between 900 to 18K /mo total.but mostly likely a couple dollars per sq ft.

@Greg Seivert - If you're doing the brrrr, normally you'd want to make that second purchase with equity already built in so you don't have to wait for it to increase in value.
