Hey BiggerPockets Community, Me and my wife are new to real estate and just recently bought a legal 2 + BSMT unit in Chicago.

I am not new to real estate; however, I am going through my first new development of 29 units.

I'm actually supporting one of the larger investors in Gardner, MA right now bring 30 new units to market.

We were offered an off market rural 16 unit two building investment at $800,000.

What I think I want to do is pull enough money out for the repairs, find a lender that will allow new builds with 0% down since I own the land I mentioned and then buy other multifamily properties with creative loan products they you guys may posts about after reading this or else buy them with (insert ominous music here) the remaining cash with from my DSCR cash out. 

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Hi Everyone. Does anyone have experience about handling 55+ Community Rental? I am not sure buying a property with a particular tenant age restriction would be a good decision or not. Thanks

I have two questions. 1)I was reading an article that gave the following example:"John Doe has $200k of taxable income on his W2 and buys an $800k 6-unit property.

land per acre price info is not as useful - I'm interested in land price per buildable unit - any suggestions appreciated.
