(preferably transferred directly to you and hopefully not back to Tenant and then to you or worse not transferred at all)Would you be able to meet the current Tenant's prior to closing?

@Alyscha Johnson,You may want to see about getting over that.REI is a people business from both ends: people for whom you provide clean, safe, affordable housing and people with whom you associate to meet your common REI business goals.It's not easy for me, so I can identify with you a bit.

However, the market in my area is very hot, and I haven't been able to find/win anything that works, so I'm looking to expand my strategy which brings me to this question.My family owned a cabin in Newfane for many years but had to sell it a last year.

Hi BP,I'm flying out to Kansas City and will be there from 9/25-9/28 to look into the area and meet with TK providers.

It's a business and you have to treat it that way.You start early in the day and potentially have appointments at night when people come home from work, either to meet with sellers or to take buyer's out.You can set your own hours, but ultimately, you have to work around everyone's schedule.
