I want to start whole selling and lead to bigger real estate investments.

I'm definitely having trouble on finding leads and even finding people to call.

Do you use something like list source or something similar to generate leads?

During the day, I am the lead Power & Controls Electrical Engineer at a Fortune 500 coffee manufacturing plant.

All this came about just by me talking to them and we hit it off so well that they are willing to give me contacts and leads for me to check out.I'm actually finding that I love to talk to people that love to talk about their business and help me learn.

I have a lead on a property that is scheduled for foreclosure in a couple months that I am interested in buying. 

I feel that I will get more leads and that people will open up to me more.

Alin Toncz It is an EPA issue, someone on a safety training during our certification on renovating with lead mentioned about this, they said that a certified contractor will need to do the job.
