As an aside to keep mice out of our pool heater & poolside deck storage boxes/benches I use the 3inch chlorine pucks & they are pungent. 

An example for #3 -- for about $600 the basement can be divided into storage unit areas, locked doors for the tenants and that pulls in an extra $100 per tenant who opts in / who wants to rent one. 

I have bought supplies, left them in owners storage and had the cleaning crew draw from the storage as needed. 

I mainly am interested in multi family and self storage but am starting out as a wholesaler and flipper at the moment.

It is designed to be a storage shed, not to be occupied as a house.

To my mind, you have a 3 bedroom house with 2 bonus rooms that could be used as storage, home office, playroom, etc.If you comp out 3 bedroom homes what would the rent be?
