Are there any financing options to purchase manufactured homes under a business for the purpose of renting them?

I own my land free and clear and I owe 46k on my manufactured home its a double wide.

As a matter of fact that’s really cool is it the same with other business in finance like manufacturing and farming I’m gonna guess they pay some sort of depreciation ?
