I haven't attended any local events yet, but I just downloaded the Meetup app to keep my eyes open for them.

Way different risk profile, appreciation, and cash flow potential.

Make sure that your pm company has experience with the tenant profile that will rent these homes, especially if you are going to do this at a distance.

I just bought a new HP desktop for my business and when I try to use google maps/earth or something similar I feel like I’m led down a rabbit hole to download extensions and then it never works for me.

Couple of more tips: update your profile with the city or state you are located and go to local real estate meetings.
