Wouldn’t  have  been possible for me without spouses income and health insurance, YMMV.

It's only the three of us and we live in three different states but it's been going on for years and we share, support, and help one another with the F's (finance, family, friends, fitness/health, faith).

And how can I find out how diverse the local economy is by sector (finance, manufacturing, health care, etc)?

I have a candidate tenant that owes an Assisted living facility company, full permits with county, health department and all is up to date and reviewed.

I'd also be curious to know why you recommend variable interest rates on policy loans.I actually got my health exam/physical and illustration (whole life) but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
