It's held up very well and it's bright white even after 8 years, although I do have a small chip in the tub now (probably related to my 3 year-old).However, the urethane contains some nasty solvents.

The document you referenced (Indiana Abandoned Mobile Home Title Application Checklist) stipulates it can't be used for a home abandoned in a MH community as defined by Indiana statute 16-41-27-5, which says "mobile home community... means one (1) or more parcels of land that are subdivided and contain individual lots that are leased...."

On the other hand if you find a guy like me with my experience, top ranked website, ins, workers comp and all the bells and whistles I would charge you about $3 - $5 per SF because all I did was custom.

A realtor spun it as a "Customer Loyalty program" and he wanted me to pay $525.00 document processing fee (Because I guess he needs to be paid twice for doing his job), and and I promptly responded.It's unethical that buyers would two time their agents by trying to skirt the commission via side negotiations, but I think it's even worse when some realtors lock clients into these programs and fail to perform.
