A fire extinguisher is under 20 bucks, I might bring that as an offering to the table, but I wouldn't let them paint - painting cabinets requires some skill and patience - what if they do it very badly you may end up spending a lot of time reversing the job, or buying new hardware....worst case new cabinets. or they've spilled paint on the floors too...

I knew a banker that was approached by customers to send them the loans they could not do (this of course was against policy so they did not do it but.....)5.

In addition to the normal stuff like redoing floors, bathrooms, cabinets, etc., the floors are all slanty (weird braces in the basement prop up part of it), the roof is in need of replacement, and there is a bunch of water damage and mold.

If you remove the entire unit and only install a tub, you will need to put up cement board (under a custom tile surround) or drywall (behind a shower enclosure kit).

Because the house was not maintained, after having all stuff removed we ended up ripping out existing fixtures such as cabinets, tubs, toilets, etc.

It might be too remote, and the customers for that area might want to patron shopping centers more conveniently.Also, how many potential buyers have stepped in just to preview the property?

One of our bigger decisions was deciding whether to paint the kitchen cabinets white.

He has extensive experience as a fabricator for experiential marketing including trade shows, fashion week, window installation, theatre/film/print, and custom furniture.

I believe Custom, that it is an acceptable install....just wondering if anyone had done it and had problems.  

I cant imagine they are very successful or get many deals with that type of customer service.
