will, vikram, and mark:i see your points, and if you're flipping several homes, one loss may not hurt as much....that being said, (and i don't know danny's situation, so i'll assume its his 1st and sorry if i'm wrong), i could see the argument for refinancing to get what you can out of it, and then selling on a wrap or lease option...true it's not the best scenario, but at least he gets some money back to reinvest from his learned mistakes, and it will net some cashflow..a hundred bucks a month sold on a wrap is better than a 15k loss in some situations
