However, I want property owners to add a "compliance" clause to their lease, requiring a signature, which simply states that the tenant agrees to abide by all state and local laws concerning the production and distribution of marijuana.If you become aware of a violation, you're compelled to correct it.

You might have some lead in that paint so be aware.  

That is something that you would notice, and IMO that if you were aware of the meaning of that coloration you would be more inclined to actually read the posts with color even when just skimming a thread. 

The key on those real beaters is knowing when enough is enough because you can always find something to redo but you're probably aware of that.
