I wanted to share some thoughts I have been developing for my clients regarding potential investment opportunities in older low-rise condos in Miami, Florida.

Each unit has access to a backyard. 4 Units have it as private and 4 shares it with each other. 

What I've shared is purposely vague as I don't have specific questions and am more interested in your reactions, thoughts and personal anecdotes so I can better understand and appreciate the timeline.Again, any and all comments would be greatly appreciated.

I heard of delivering payout in segments after key parts of the rehab are completed, but should I hire a project manager or be on site?

You could even ask them to do a limited scope appraisal where they generate a light appraisal without a site visit and usually for about half the price.
