One just had a bathtub no shower head (only take bath) in the master bedroom and that was considered a full bath.

Your community should have a master plan, zoning plan or some such "map" which is probably posted on a wall in someone's office.

As I mentioned, my wife was a city planner, and the way they look at things, they take into consideration the City Master Plan, local politics.

Ours has 2 beds and 1 bath upstairs, and a master suite downstairs. 

Title Companies have to obey the federal laws as they relate to the preparation of the Buyer's CDs (Closing Disclosures) and ALTA Master Closing Statements and in Illinois, the title company must and will complete both statements.In my career, I've been to numerous closings where the Buyer and Seller, and their attorneys, want to do some "creative financing" with the figures at closing, but if the title company believes it's a "Respa" violation or violation of disclosure rules, the title company will not participate in it.  

Owner has a master lease covering 7 of 8 units. 6 units are 2 bed, 1 bath, renting at $1200/mo. 2 units are 1 bed, 1 bath, renting at $900/mo.  

I had no idea it was such a small piece of equipment.It looks like it could just be mounted on existing roadside poles with a master lease with the cities.Why do they need to put it on our buildings?

The house is in a great neighborhood, close to local transportation ideal for NYC commuters, has a large front porch and has an unfinished attic that can be converted into a master suite with a bathroom.
