There is another one that meets at the River Place Country Club on the last Thursday evening of every month but w/holidays pending, won't start backup till Jan.  

I'm hoping to be up in the area during the latter part of December when we head North for the holidays.

My first goal is to get my detached garage rented out over the winter since my motorcycles will be stored elsewhere for this winter.  

I'd say a 50 to 60 bucks to start and increase to 100 within 6 months,  you'll have to see what your turn over is but with winter you'll have the majority stay, with vacancies more likely spring, summer.

She's on holidays but still answers emails and she put an offer on a home for me on Christmas day.

She even used the same contractor to get the bank an estimate to weather proof the property for the winter.

It had a "winterized" sign on the front door so we came home and researched it.
