The property is in Texas and I've never purchased a pre-foreclosure that is only a couple weeks away from being auctioned off.

Hello guys, Just a quick question, looking to see what more experienced opinions are on this...I'm doing all my research at the moment before stepping into real estate investing with a full time job (40-45 hours a week).

Never hire a pm again they took entire first months rent, charged me 10% monthly then let tenants move in 2 weeks early without my approval..
